The team (Brianna, Brad, and Austin) did a pretty good job in scheduling, coordinating, and executing the much-needed repair that happened on a weekend. A Pleasant Experience During a Stressful Time Jan 31, 2026

I was impressed with how quickly someone was able to come out during the ice storm to assess exactly what I needed, then the technicians were there within a couple of hours! Then, when the power had been restored (by Oncor) and the heat wasn’t working, they again showed up quickly and got us going again! It was a pleasant experience during a stressful time. Everyone connected with Gardner Electrical, from the lady I spoke to on the phone to the different guys that came out, explained everything they were doing. I will definitely call again in the future.

We had an electrical problem that could potentially cause a fire and called Gardner, and they came out the same day. Holiday weekend!! They had to order a new breaker panel box, breakers, and whole house surge protector and had them installed by Monday afternoon. The electrician and his apprentice were polite, clean, and hardworking. We will definitely use Gardner for any future electrical needs.

I called in to report an electrical noise that sounded like something shorting out under the house. A lot of loud pops and lights flickering. When I called the office, it was apparent that they acknowledged the urgency of the situation. A technician was out within the hour. The technician came out in pouring rain, cold, and mud. Determined the issue was under the house and crawled under the house in mud through access and was able to diagnose and repair the issue. Will definitely use again. Great company, great service, and great people.

A power surge caused major damage to our electrical setup. Technicians worked for 9 hours, in what had been an emergency situation, and had our entire panel and breaker box replaced, main power line reconnected, and power up again by late evening. Very big job handled neatly and in a timely manner. When techs returned to label breakers the following Monday, they also repaired 3 electrical outlets that had been inoperable for years outside of our house, without being asked, and without additional charges. Excellent company. Highly recommend.

We bought a 12x20 metal building. Brad came out to have a look to see what we wanted. I gave him some definite items, but I would also say things like, "maybe a plug here and eventually I may put up lights there." He sent me 4 estimates the same day so that I could choose the options that I really wanted. The next day I chose and approved one. Brad called to confirm that he received my approved estimate. I expected him to say they could get started in 3 to 4 weeks. This was a Friday, and he said they would do the work the following Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised! I received a text letting me know that the techs would arrive on Tues between 8 and 9 AM (that's pretty precise - usually I get installers who say between 8 and noon or 8 and 5). On Tuesday, the staff called at about 7:50 to say the techs were on the way. They arrived on time, dressed neatly (I was concerned because I knew there was going to be digging and expected rain), very friendly and considerate. Brad came about an hour after they began to see how they were doing and to make sure they (and I) were on the same page as far as what I was envisioning/needing. They stayed into the evening making sure the total project was completed the same day! I was very happy! In fact, I'm happy with all the staff that I interacted with: Brianna, Brad, Angel, Nathaniel, and Ostin. Great job! I'd recommend Gardner Electric to anyone and I'll be using them for any electrical needs in the future.
