Called around for EV charger installation and Gardner came back with a reasonable quote compared to others. Staff is very professional and make sure customer is taken care of. They also have updates and times of arrival ahead of time, which was convenient. Brad was the technician that came out and installed my charger. He was polite, professional, and cleaned after himself. He also asked where I wanted everything to make sure I was happy with the install. Very happy with the service and will definitely be using them in the future.

I called last Monday morning and spoke to a very nice young lady, Brianna. She scheduled an appointment for a quote to install an E/V charging station for a new vehicle in my home. She had early that afternoon that day, so I booked the appointment. Justin was on time and provided me with a written quote and explained the process of installing the device next to the electrical panel in the garage, which was perfect as the vehicle charge port is on that side. I called back Wednesday after purchasing the vehicle and scheduled the installation for Thursday. Justin arrived on time with another electrician, and they had everything done in about an hour. The price was what I expected, and the guys did a fantastic job. Everyone was very polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We shopped around to find someone who could give us a reasonable estimate to install our Tesla charging outlet. Gardner Electrical gave the best estimate we could hardly believe compared to others. They sent the same electrician who came to evaluate the work before issuing an estimate—the same guy we had already formed some kind of human bond with. He did a fantastic job, and in a minute, our Tesla was charging and up and running. He was such a NICE guy that while he was here, we asked him to check our garage door that wasn’t closing properly. He gladly adjusted the door sensors, and again, in a minute, our garage door was perfectly working. Not only do I highly, but I STRONGLY recommend Gardner Electrical to anyone who wants to get it done right the first time, nicely and kindly.

My husband passed away a few years ago and he was an electrician, so I never needed anyone else to take care of our electrical needs. Brianna provided amazing customer service to get me scheduled without delay, and one of the trips was same day service. Heath installed a Level 2 ChargePoint Car charger so I can now charge my SUV. His attention to detail and understanding of electrical installation is top-notch, and I appreciate the attention to detail. Brianna scheduled my appointment quickly and called after each appointment to ensure all my needs were met and exceeded.

I'd Recommend Gardner Electric to Anyone
We bought a 12x20 metal building. Brad came out to have a look to see what we wanted. I gave him some definite items, but I would also say things like, "maybe a plug here and eventually I may put up lights there." He sent me 4 estimates the same day so that I could choose the options that I really wanted. The next day I chose and approved one. Brad called to confirm that he received my approved estimate. I expected him to say they could get started in 3 to 4 weeks. This was a Friday, and he said they would do the work the following Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised! I received a text letting me know that the techs would arrive on Tues between 8 and 9 AM (that's pretty precise - usually I get installers who say between 8 and noon or 8 and 5). On Tuesday, the staff called at about 7:50 to say the techs were on the way. They arrived on time, dressed neatly (I was concerned because I knew there was going to be digging and expected rain), very friendly and considerate. Brad came about an hour after they began to see how they were doing and to make sure they (and I) were on the same page as far as what I was envisioning/needing. They stayed into the evening making sure the total project was completed the same day! I was very happy! In fact, I'm happy with all the staff that I interacted with: Brianna, Brad, Angel, Nathaniel, and Ostin. Great job! I'd recommend Gardner Electric to anyone and I'll be using them for any electrical needs in the future.
