I called Gardener E. with the expectation I was going to have to replace my breaker box after another company suggested doing so. I went with Gardener because #1, I felt like they offered an honest price, not some inflated estimate designed to take advantage of uneducated customers. Their estimate was roughly half of the first company, but their service was just as professional and courteous, if not more so. They came back out the day after giving me an estimate and got that done, rewired some lights in my bathroom, and replaced a switch in my kitchen. Good job all around.

Had an issue with a breaker that was really old, and it was diagnosed by Justin. The cost for the diagnosis and part to fix was reasonable and not too expensive, like other companies you come across. He also told me about the issues with the lights in the garage where the fixtures were not working properly and gave me a quote for all of that too.

After the storms hit March 5th, I had a tree fall and completely rip my meter and panel box from my house. I called Gardner, and within 1 hour of my call, Justin was at my door ready to get to work. He waited for my husband to clear the tree enough to give him enough space to safely work, and not once did Justin complain. While he waited for us to clear a path, he had a coworker bring him extra parts needed to fix my service. His coworker, Austin, ended up staying to help, and between the two of them, they were done completely replacing the meter box within an hour and a half. Highly recommend.

The technician that came out to my house was very nice and polite. They listened to what I had to say along with my concerns. They also talked about the cost with me before they did any work. They got my breaker box fixed to where we can have central air and heat again. I would highly recommend them if you need any electrical work done. Excellent customer service and even came out on Christmas Eve with no additional service fees, earlier than expected. We had a case of failing circuit breakers in a damaged panel during the bitter cold. Gardner Electrical arrived the same day to do an assessment. They even loaned us a breaker to get the heat going. Next day, they replaced the panel, installed all new circuit breakers, along with checking wiring. Everyone we had the pleasure to meet was polite, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them!

We had a heck of a time (9 months) finding an electrician who not only would bid our panel replacement, let alone actually do the work. We were referred to Gardner Electrical by our HVAC contractor. Randall the owner was fantastic to deal with. He came out, looked at our hot mess of a panel, gave us a reasonable bid and set up a date to change it all out that was faster than I expected. They showed up on time and got everything done in a day. We had an old main panel, a sub-panel and the service was 12 ft off the ground. They moved the service to a height that matched existing code, installed a new panel with a whole home surge. I highly recommend Gardner Electrical! I plan on using them in the future for a couple of upcoming projects. If you want an electrician who knows what they are doing, shows up on time, and offers fair estimates, then this is the company to call.

We bought a 12x20 metal building. Brad came out to have a look to see what we wanted. I gave him some definite items, but I would also say things like, "maybe a plug here and eventually I may put up lights there." He sent me 4 estimates the same day so that I could choose the options that I really wanted. The next day I chose and approved one. Brad called to confirm that he received my approved estimate. I expected him to say they could get started in 3 to 4 weeks. This was a Friday, and he said they would do the work the following Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised! I received a text letting me know that the techs would arrive on Tues between 8 and 9 AM (that's pretty precise - usually I get installers who say between 8 and noon or 8 and 5). On Tuesday, the staff called at about 7:50 to say the techs were on the way. They arrived on time, dressed neatly (I was concerned because I knew there was going to be digging and expected rain), very friendly and considerate. Brad came about an hour after they began to see how they were doing and to make sure they (and I) were on the same page as far as what I was envisioning/needing. They stayed into the evening making sure the total project was completed the same day! I was very happy! In fact, I'm happy with all the staff that I interacted with: Brianna, Brad, Angel, Nathaniel, and Ostin. Great job! I'd recommend Gardner Electric to anyone and I'll be using them for any electrical needs in the future.
