“We bought a 12x20 metal building. Brad came out to have a look to see what we wanted. I gave him some definite items, but I would also say things like, "maybe a plug here and eventually I may put up lights there". He sent me 4 estimates the same day, so that I could choose the options that I really wanted. The next day I chose and approved one. Brad called to confirm that he received my approved estimate. I expected him to say they could get started in 3 to 4 weeks. This was a Friday and he said they would do the work the following Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised! I received a text letting me know that the techs would arrive on Tues between 8 & 9 AM (that's pretty precise - usually I get installers who say between 8 and noon or 8 and 5). On Tuesday, the staff called at about 7:50 to say the techs were on the way. They arrived on time, dressed neatly (I was concerned because I knew there was going to be digging and expected rain), very friendly and considerate. Brad came about an hour after they began to see how they were doing and to make sure they (and I) were on the same page as far as what I was envisioning/needing. They stayed into the evening making sure the total project was completed the same day! I was very happy! In fact I'm happy with all the staff that I interacted with: Brianna, Brad, Angel, Nathaniel and Austin. Great job! I'd recommend Gardner Electric to anyone and I'll be using them for any electrical needs in the future.”
